I have a situation. I am not sure if you can help me, but I will ask anyway. I just signed a 5-year lease with Ricoh (December 2019). With Covid, we found that we can work from home. We will be vacating our premises (3,000 square feet) by July 31, 2021 and will go virtual. My only option open to me right now is to cancel the contract at a tune of $14,000. We are non-profit, so poor. Wells Fargo is the financing company.

I don’t need another copier..

I will appreciate any ideas you might have.
